Construction Project Manager. Bristol
£45,000 - £50,000 + Car + Benefits.
My client is a Large, National Contractor specializing in a range of Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Retail contracts up to £20 million in value. Due to their continual success all across the South West, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to strengthen their already established team in Bristol.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for any one of their up and coming Education or Health Schemes worth around £19 million. You will be responsible for the control of all elements of your project including cost, safety and quality control of subcontractors. You will report Directly to the Contract Manager.
With a wealth of experience in various construction methods/techniques on contracts up to £20 million in value, you will be used to managing your project from tender through to submission. Experience in education and healthcare schemes is advantageous.
