Construction Quantity Surveyor. Birmingham. £34,000 + Benefits.

My client is a leading national Contractor in the UK. Specialising in high profile projects from £10m- £35m, they are currently seeking a Degree/HNC qualified Quantity Surveyor, who can work on up and coming projects in the Birmingham area.

As the successful candidate, you will be site based and involved on a mix of new build, design & build and refurbishment Contracts in the Education, Defence and Healthcare sectors throughout the region.

As a member of the commercial team, you will have the personal drive to maintain a high level of financial and commercial control of the project; identifying and eliminating risk and able to tackle difficult issues early. Already working for a recognised Contractor in a similar role, you will have experience as Quantity Surveyor on projects over £5 million in value.
