Sales Representative, Junior Sales Representative, Trainee Sales Representative - Recruitment Services

PROGRESSIVE EMPLOYER: Established in Bristol for over 3 years and presently employing over 20 staff from our North Bristol base, we are a proactive, forward thinking supplier of recruitment services. With tailored business units, covering industrial and technical sales, retail, business to business sales and medical/scientific sales, we have carved ourselves a niche in the market; and are now recognised as being the leading supplier of field sales personnel in the country. Part of a larger UK parent company, the group operates across 6 regional locations around the UK and an office in Sydney, Australia. At present, the group employ over 200 staff.

THE ROLE: Dealing directly with a defined account base, the successful individual will receive in-depth training on both the industry specific markets and the role; and will be expected to manage relationships with key decision makers, ensuring that their needs and requirements are fulfilled. Working as part of a team, the successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and the desire to move into a sales role. All of our existing divisional managers have been developed within the company. It is our intention that this tradition is maintained and candidates should expect to move into a more senior role within 12-18 months.

Basic - £18-25,000
OTE - £25-40,000
