    Information Manager/Librarian


    We are seeking a flexible person to work a nine month contract on a salary of 16,000 – 25,000 per annum DOE. This is a contract covering maternity leave and there may well be the opportunity for permanent work.

    This role is best suited to a qualified Librarian with an in depth knowledge or experience in the following areas:

    • Classification systems (experience using the national library of medicine classification system would be an advantage but this is not essential)

    • Experience of cataloguing using the adlib library management system would also be an advantage

    • High level of Excel, Word and Access amongst other programs

    • Experience of supervision of other librarian/similar staff

    • Experience providing guidance to staff

    • Understanding of HR management or healthcare
