Solicitor/Legal Executive (Wills & Tax Planning team) - North Somerset - up to £35,000 per annum (dependant on experience) + excellent benefits
Our client is a leading South West legal adviser firm ranked among the top ten in Bristol. They are forward-thinking and proactive in their provision of a complete range of legal services for individuals and businesses. They have thirteen specialist legal team split into two main sections Business Services and Individual Services.
This year the firm was rated highly when independently evaluated by "Chambers & Partners" and the Legal 500.
Currently they have an exciting opportunity in their Wills and Tax Planning team; they are looking to recruit full-time Solicitor/ Legal Executive to assist the team in our North Somerset Office.
The successful candidate will have had experience in wills, tax planning, probate, trust creation and trust administration work. The candidate should have dealt independently with matters from commencement to conclusion.
Applicants need to be highly numerate, organised and capable of working on their own initiative. They should also have experience of achieving and maintaining chargeable hours and fee income targets.
Applicants will also be required to take responsibility for administration activities associated with running a full time caseload and be committed to building and maintaining their position in a vibrant and dynamic team.
The successful candidate should either be admitted as a solicitor, have a law degree and LPC or alternatively have completed some or all the ILEX modules looking to gain a Legal Executive Qualification.
Our clients standard minimum requirements of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English do apply.
