Customer Service Representative

Our client is a leading global financial services organisation with offices around the world.

Due to their success there are currently vacancies in their state of the art North Bristol office complex with their customer services division offering excellent training and career progression potential

The purpose of the role is to take inbound telephone calls from new and existing customer ensuring that they have a positive experience of dealing with the organisation

The calls are not scripted so you will need to be able to deal with a wide range of quires and be able to utilise your initiative when required. Queries will range from giving quotes over the phone to dealing with customer claims coming in and liaising with brokers, sales people and individuals.

Candidates will have good communication skills and a strong telephone manner along with basic computer literacy. Excellent customer service skills are crucial along with being able to build rapport with customers over the phone quickly as well
