Experienced Customer Service Administrator
Our client is a leading global financial services organisation with offices around the world.
Due to their success there are currently vacancies in their state of the art North Bristol office complex with their customer services division offering excellent training and career progression potential
The purpose of the role is to process customer requests (mainly written) and undertake administrative tasks following defined procedures.
Duties include:
-Processing customer applications, requirements and/or requests for information
-Data entry and retrieval using in house software systems
-Corresponding with customers including IFAs, Business partners and individual customers
-Some limited phone work may be required in order to chase missing information
Previous administration experience is essential, preferably from within a financial service/insurance environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to demonstrate the experience in following procedures is also required.
