Construction Pre-Contract Start Up Manager. Gloucester
£45,000 - £50,000 + Car + Benefits.
My client is a Medium Sized Contractor specializing in a range of Commercial contracts up to £12 million in value all across the South West. Due to their continued success across the region, they are looking for an experience Pre Contract Start up Manager to strengthen their already established team.
As the successful candidate, you will be required to Attend Pre-Start design meetings to co-ordinate and procure all project related documentation, including demolition notices, planning conditions, building control approvals, HSE notification, drawings & pre-construction information in conjunction with administrative assistant and to progress contractual responsibilities and D&B requirements to ensure seamless hand over to appointed Post Contract Contract Manager prior to project commencement.
You will already be working in a similar role with another Medium sized contractor and have a proven track record in multi tasking, working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
