An exciting opportunity to work for a Global organisation in a Strategic and Autonomous role reporting into the Head of HR. An innovative and 'customer centric' culture which encourages and fosters creativity and interactive communication within a fast moving, and rapidly changing business environment.
The HR Service Centre Manager is, in brief, responsible for managing the HR Admin, Recruitment and Analyst teams to ensure that key performance/ SLA's and objectives are met consistantly. Accountability for all HR systems in junction with the IT and Networks divisions is required to ensure that all developments are actioned and that all HR systems are fit for purpose. Particular emphasis is placed on managing an effective ERP system and communicating complicated information in a 'non -technical' way.
Internal and external relationships are key to the success of this role, and people management experience is a must - preferably from within a blue chip organisation.
Proven presemtational and faciliation skills are essential.
Proven ability to influence Senior Level Managers in a large organisation is essential. Good to haves would include an indepth knowledge of SAP and other workflow/information management systems. Evidence of working cross functionally and globally would be a distinct advantage.
