Resource Direct, Bristol’s leading independent recruitment consultancy, has an exciting opportunity to offer experienced call centre advisors with over 6 months experience.
The company is one of the UK leading providers of business services with divisions that span and support a wide range of industries. Across the country they employ over 5000 staff and have an annual turnover of over £235M.
You will be working in a lively and friendly office environment where you will receive comprehensive training and on going support from you line managers. You responsibilities will be to:
- Deal with customers in a friendly, professional and supportive manor.
- Manage and prioritise your own workload
- Adhere to quality standards and achieve targets
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and uphold the company’s image
You will be given a basic salary of £13,000 to £15,000 DOE. You will receive an uncapped annual bonus depending on performance and be given comprehensive training and on going support from supervisors and team leaders.
