    *** Experienced customer service advisors needed for a business to business opportunity – Insurance – 09:00 till 17:30 / Monday to Friday ***

    Resource Direct, Bristol’s leading independent recruitment consultancy, is looking for experienced call centre / customer service advisors to join a market leading company in a challenging business to business environment.

    The company is a market leading team of individuals working with two main areas of expertise. They provide advice and support services into the public sector and provide commercial insurance services to a number of specialist industries.

    As a “Client Liaison Officer” your role will be to:

    - Provide a first class level of service at all times and strive to meet the expectations of customers
    - Advise upon insurance policies over the telephone and give accurate information on company services
    - Administer existing policies and handle adjustments and notifications of claims

    To apply for this position you will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer services (call centre) environment. You will need to be confident, polite and have a friendly telephone manor. You will also need to be customer focused and be able to display excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

You will be given full training and support, you will also receive on going development from your team leader.
