An opportunity has arisen within a multi national IT company to work within their Hemel Hempstead call centre as an Agent.
You will be responsible for arranging liaison times between customers and technicians, dealing with the internal logistics team to ensure parts arrive in a timely manner according to service level agreements. This position requires a candidate who is able to think quickly and maintain the smooth running of all processes whilst being willing to assist other aspects of the department when needed.
This role will entail a large amount of computer based work, to that end the successful candidate will be computer literate and able to work to a high level of accuracy. Emphasis is placed on the ability to work as part of a team.
This is a six month ongoing position with extension available for excellent candidates.
