My client is a multi-national contractor who is looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Manager to oversee the installation on a hospital M&E fit out in Taunton. The project is a multi-million pound new build hospital project.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in healthcare projects, and their track record will indicate a mechanical bias.
Your responsibilities will include complete supervision for all aspects of the M&E installation; you will lead subcontractors and suppliers, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety and company procedures are adhered to. You will also mange programming of works, produce method statements for each activity to be undertaken and submit them for approval, ensure all documentation is in the correct format, monitor the day to day quality of the installations and report against the programme.
The contract is initially for 4 months with view to extend for another 3 months.
