Construction Contracts Manager. Birmingham.
£60,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
My client is a Large sized National Contractor operating through the heart of the West Midlands. With a proven track record in education, health, leisure, and commercial sectors, they are dedicated to providing the strongest results to their clients. They are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee their prestigious up and coming schemes in the region.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for up to four projects at any one time with values ranging from £10 million - £25 million. You will ensure the timely delivery of these schemes and make sure they are completed to budget. You will also liaise with Clients regularly and report directly to the Director.
From a construction background, you will ideally be educated to HND or degree level. You must be able to manage your time will and have experience to working to strict deadlines. You will already be working for a similar sized contractor and have a wealth of experience of large Contracts.
