Temporary Call Assistant, Long Ashton, Bristol
£6.50 per/hr + generous bonus
Excellent temporary opportunity to earn a realistic £250-350 per week (part-time c. 25hrs)
Two confident and outgoing individuals with a flair for negotiation and persuasion wanted for ongoing temp assignment with nursing recruitment agency based in Long Ashton.
Your role will be to call nurses and other medical staff on the agencys books and use your excellent powers of persuasion to get them to commit to shifts at local hospitals/medical centres. You will need to overcome a number of objections such as transport, childcare, hours and rates so will need to think on your feet and suggest solutions to potential obstacles (training given). For every shift you confirm you will receive a £10 bonus (realistically an average of 3 per shift - previous temps have proven to be very successful in this role).
All applicants must have excellent communication skills, be highly persuasive yet considerate and understanding and have a bright and outgoing nature. You must be reliable and flexible and be able to work on a shift basis as follows:-
Each individual will work alternate days from Monday to Sunday 10am to 6pm. For example:
Week 1 - Mon, Wed, Fri & Sun
Week 2 - Tue, Thu, Sat

Please note that this client is based out in Long Ashton. There is free parking or alternatively a bus from Anchor Road, central Bristol that takes approx 15-20minutes.
