A unique opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Governance Manager to join the governance department of a Primary Care Trust in the South West.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing a team of administrators
* Working closely with the chief executive and chairman of the board
* Managing corporate policies and staff budgets
* Supporting the trust board by minute taking and setting agendas
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in minute taking at a senior level
* An NHS Corporate Governance background
* Experience managing a team of people
