A progressive organisation in Southern Hampshire is looking for an accomplished sheltered scheme manager to join their committed team on a temporary basis.
Looking after a sheltered scheme your duties will include making daily calls to all the residents. You will be dealing with housing related issues including maintaining tenancies, handling maintenance requests, conducting site inspections and liaising with housing officers and contractors. You will also be involved in the organisation of social events for the residents.
In order to be a successful applicant it is important you have relevant exposure to working within a similar environment, working with the elderly and have an enhanced CRB disclosure.
