A position has arisen for a trainer with SWIFT/ ANITE experience with classroom training experience
You will be required to assist the Senior Trainer deliver training and post-training support to staff from Children`s Services & Lifelong Learning (CSLL) for various IT based Social Care programmes, including SWIFT, ICS and EMS.
â¢Responsible for the delivery of a scenario and role based training programme to support the implementation of the various IT based systems.
â¢To work closely with the Business Support Team, staff and managers to assist the Senior Trainer in the development of the training programmes and ensuring that the programmes meets project deadlines.
â¢To develop a strategic understanding of the impact of the system/modules on linked service areas within CSLL and to assist in structuring the training programme accordingly.
â¢To collaborate with staff at all levels across CSLL, IT staff, system administrators and users across the council, facilitating workshops, attending meetings and presenting as required.
â¢To assist the Senior Trainer in ensuring training needs are appropriately captured and analysed, including all users of the system outside the Social Services department e.g. Mental Health staff.
You will be required to have a car as this role will be delivering training in different office sites
