One of our established supported housing clients is currently looking for a Support Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
The opportunity will involve providing support and advice to the elderly, with the view of encouraging and maintaining independent living. You will be the first point of contact for any queries or problems the clients may have, provide welfare checks, continuously update support plans and liaise with professional bodies, support groups and families where necessary.
Ideally you will have worked with the elderly before and the successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and will hold a recent enhanced CRB disclosure.
