Freelance Night Site Manager, Devon
My client is a specialist contractor that is involved in high profile refurbishment and extension contracts to high street banks and shop fit outs nationwide. With an established team already working in the South West, they are looking to strengthen it with an experienced Site Manager to work on any one of their contracts in the region. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the day to day management of your project, all aspects of health and safety and liaising with clients and engineers alike. You will also be responsible for the management of Sub Contractors, Foremen and materials. You also must be willing to travel. If you have a proven track record in bank refurbishments or high street retail projects, this is the job for you
You will have to be CSCS qualified, along with 5 day CITB and 4 day First Aid.
