*** An exciting opportunity for an experienced household claims manager ***

Resource Direct, Bristol’s leading independent recruitment consultancy, is looking for a experienced and dynamic individual to lead a team of experienced insurance claims advisors based in central Bristol.

You will be working for a high profile employer who is one of the largest general insurance companies in the UK. They form part of a world leading group and have offices that spread across the UK and Europe.

The job is based in a friendly office environment and your job will be to:

- Monitor, motivate, direct, develop and manage the performance of the team to ensure quality control, service delivery, resource management and cost control, and at the same time identify training needs and ensure the provision of training.

- Support local Claims Management, participating in the production of annual business plans and budgets. Implement Performance Target Review

- Participate in audits (internal and external) contributing to the development of individuals and teams, the containment of leakage and the achievement of the Claims Handling Centre and Team targets.

To apply for this position you need a minimum of 12 months experience working in a household claims environment. You also need a minimum of 12 months experience of people or team management within a KPI driven call centre environment.

You will receive a basic salary of £22,000 to £30,000 depending on your experience. You will be given a comprehensive benefits package and full training and support within your role.
