    Mortgage Administrator, Temple Quay, Central Bristol
    £14k + bonus + excellent benefits

    To be the principal point of reference for the Mortgage Services team in order to guide, advise and instruct existing customers, solicitors & mortgage services contact centre staff. You will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the team and play a key part in the successful running of the team.

    Attend regular meetings with the Mortgage Service Team Leaders to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department
    Deal with complex queries relating to mortgage accounts and be a point of reference for staff to advise, guide or instruct as required
    Provide guidance and instruction to Mortgage Service Contact Centre staff
    Communicate with internal and external customers by letter, email and telephone
    Delivering outstanding customer service, taking ownership of resolutions and ensuring appropriate escalation when required
    Maintaining up to date knowledge of departmental policy and procedures and making recommendations to continuously improve

    You will obtain overall knowledge of all processes involved within Mortgage Services which will prove valuable for a career in both mortgages and financial services in general.

    Essential Key Requirements:
    5 GCSEs or Equivalent at C grade or above incl. Maths and English
    Excellent demonstrable telephone and call handling skills
    Excellent demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills
    Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
