Training Coach / Performance Advisor

Training Coach / Performance Advisor. A Bristol based call centre require a Training Coach / Performance Advisor to join their team. The Training Coach / Performance Advisor will be capable of coaching and developing call centre advisors to improve their call handling skills, telephone skills and selling skills. The Training Coach / Performance Advisor will also be involved in motivation, incentivising staff, campaign strategies, analysis of performance and more.

The Training Coach / Performance Advisor role will suit someone from a call centre environment who has been involved in coaching and team motivation. The Training Coach / Performance Advisor will have previous phone based experience and will have worked up to a role involving training, development, coaching, motivation etc.

The Training Coach / Performance Advisor will work between 13:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday and may be required for some Saturdays 11:00 to 16:00.

The Training Coach / Performance Advisor will start on £7ph rising to £7.50ph. This is a temp to perm role, £15.6k plus bonus £19k OTE when perm.
