Do you want to be part of an new, exciting and dynamic team of customer service advisors??
We are currently looking for target driven and committed people from a sales or call centre background that are looking for a challenging role working for a market leading company in Bristol.

You will be working for one of the UK’s leading providers of business support services. They deliver office administration and customer contact services to private and public sector organisations across the UK and Ireland.

You will be providing an end to end claims service for large insurance companies, delivering professional customer service and administration to ensure the successful completion of all claims as swiftly and thoroughly as possible.

It is essential that you possess previous call center and administration experience, with good communication skills and the ability to be a good team player. You will also need ability to work under your own initiative with limited supervision and have Basic IT skills (Keyboard, WORD, EXCEL) and a good telephone manner.

You will be given £13,000 to £15,000 plus full benefits. You will have the opportunity to be part of newly formed team and receive recognition and praise for your hard work and commitment.
