Construction Manager. Bristol / South Wales
£50,000 + £5000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus
My client is a Highly recognised National Contractor specialising in high profile retail contracts throughout the country. They currently require an experienced Construction Manager to work from site on contracts in and around the region.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for running retail projects up to £5 million in value. This will include mezzanine floors, new builds, extensions and refits, so a technical background is required from you. You will report to the Contracts Manager.
With a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to budget, you will have come from a construction background, and be already working with a similar sized contractor. Experience in the retail sector is advantageous, however not essential as you use your outstanding communication and leadership skills to reach your goals.
