£46,000- £49,000 + £5,000 Car allowance + Benefits + Bonus
My client is a leading National Contractor Specialising in health, education, commercial, industrial, government, defence, pharmaceutical and retail projects around the country. By providing a comprehensive service for design & build, Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and traditional contracts throughout the UK, my clients integrated approach creates a solid partnership with consultants, designers and subcontractors. From commercial developments to retail parks, office accommodation to industrial units, they offer a multi-faceted service, including project planning, estimating, risk management, build ability analysis and quality management. Due to their continual success and drive in the industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the successful management of any one of the up and coming projects from sectors including Educational, prison, healthcare and retail; averaging around £4.5 million in value. You will report to the Contracts Manager.
From a construction background, you will already have previous experience with a similar sized contractor either as Senior Site Manager, or Project Manager. Technical knowledge from prior sites is preferred, however not essential. An excellent communicator, you will be confident in managing those around you, as well as working well under pressure, to deadlines and budgets.
