Construction Contract Manager. Bank Projects. Bristol.
£48,000 - £50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Car.
My client is a Highly recognised National Contractor specialising in high profile retail and bank refurbishment contracts throughout the country. They currently require an experienced Contracts Manager to work out of their Bristol Offices on contracts in and around the region on multiple Newbuild, refurb or extension projects.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing any number of their up and coming bank branch extensions or refurbishments valued anywhere between £100,000 - £2 million. You will be responsible for the managing of your contracts from winning tender through to hand over, as well as acting as an ambassador for the company as you liaise with architects, engineers and clients. You will report to the Operations Manager
With a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to budget, you will have come from a construction background, and be already working with a similar sized contractor. Experience in the retail sector is advantageous, however experience in Bank or Building-Society projects is essential as you use your knowledge of the industry to reach your goals.
