Training Adviser
YMCA Training Bristol is recruiting a Training Adviser to work in their Weston-Super-Mare office providing training to young people between the ages of 14 – 19.
Starting salary Grade C £16,427 - £18,585 (dependant on experience)
You should be occupationally competent in both painting and decorating skills and be able to deliver training programmes which will incorporate Basic and Vocational skills to a range of learners. Some of these may have social or learning disadvantages and may have had negative experiences of learning and education.
We seek individuals who possess the ability to encourage, motivate and engage learners; have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with a systematic and analytical approach to planning and organisation.
You will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle. You will also be required to undertake a CRB check.
