Training Adviser / Assessor
YMCA Training is recruiting two Training Adviser / Assessor’s to deliver the Train to Gain programme. One covering Somerset West out of our Weston-Super-Mare office and one covering South Gloucester out of our Bristol office.
Starting salary Grade D £18,585 - £20,623 (dependant on experience)
You will need to approach, promote and deliver programmes to local companies in Retail, Customer Services or Health & Social Care.
You will design and deliver training programmes which will incorporate Basic and Vocational skills to a range of learners.
Ideally you will have skills in Retail, Customer Services or in Health & Social Care and be occupationally competent and possess specialist knowledge.
Ideally you should hold either the D32/33 or A1 Assessor Award.
We seek individuals who possess the ability to encourage, motivate and engage learners; have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with a systematic and analytical approach to planning and organisation.
You will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle. You will also be required to undertake a CRB check.
