Established in 2002, The Education Specialists (TES) is a teaching supply agency which offers a professional recruitment service for schools and colleges seeking temporary and permanent staff. Each office offers an experienced, hard working team of education professionals who are dedicated to providing an outstanding service to both schools and members of our supply team.

In depth knowledge of local schools and practises enable us to fully appreciate the high standards demanded from our supply staff. All our teachers and support staff undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure only the very best are accepted on to our supply team. At TES we pride ourselves on retaining high quality teachers and support staff for our supply team. This is acheived by providing ongoing support, training and guidance through out an individuals supply teaching career. We maintain close contact with our supply team and ensure feedback is provided on performance and that professional standards are always maintained.
